Let me start by telling you what I’m not.
I’m not formal or serious and I’m not much for glam.
Stuffy and stressed don’t jive here.
I’m not here to replicate something you saw on Pinterest. We might miss your own raw moment if we got caught up with that.
If you can laugh at yourself, I’m for you. If you can find beauty in the messy candid ‘off’ moments too, then we’re getting somewhere.
The best shoots happen for those that come with a ‘go with the flow’ mentality.
No session takes exactly the same amount of time, because no couple is the same. I shoot until I know I have what I need.
You’ll receive a minimum of 40 digital images in an online gallery, delivered in an average of 2-3 weeks.
You can also expect to see some previews within a day or two of your session!

Location
My favorite locations all revolve around where we can find the best light and open space to roam. I’m always on the hunt for new gems and it definitely changes with the seasons. Timings wise, sessions take place close to sunset to take advantage of that magical golden glow
What To Wear
The best photos happen when the wardrobe aligns with my shooting style and this guide is meant to help get you there!
The best route to go is to bring multiple options with you and get dressed at the location. That way I can help you decide what will work best given your location and the weather that day. If you have your heart set on something in advance you can also email me a photo!
Try and pick outfits that suit the backdrop. For example, heels and a cocktail dress don’t make sense in an open field.
Compliment each other but don't be matching.
Keep it casual and stick to neutral and earthy colors.
Engagement photos are a great chance to do a makeup trial but keep your hair natural and down. We want to create movement wherever we can - this goes for dresses too. Fabric that can flow and move is ideal and wind is our friend!
